Experian Employee Transportation Program
TMS developed and delivered a transportation program to assist Experian’s
1,600 headquarters’ employees during the relocation of the organization’s
headquarters facility in Southern California.
Grant
Preparation for Local Agency Transportation Projects
TMS has clients to prepare grant proposals and applications. Clients,
such as the cities of West Hollywood, Torrance, Anaheim and the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, have contracted with
TMS to develop project descriptions, data needed to support applications,
financial elements, and proposal documents that adhere to grant program
guidelines.
Washington DC/Baltimore/Northern Virginia Telework Implementation
TMS assisted ten employers in the greater Washington, DC/Baltimore region
to develop, implement, and evaluate teleworking as part of a region wide
project to increase the use of teleworking.
Development
and Implementation of Telework Programs – Phoenix, AZ
TMS assisted employers in Phoenix to create and implement telework programs.
TMS worked with company steering committees, assessed company needs, developed
policies, trained employees, staged focus groups, and developed tracking
techniques.
Marketing
Support to DiamlerChrysler’s Global Electric Motorcars
TMS was retained by Global Electric Motorcars, LLC, a subsidiary of DiamlerChrysler,
to help market Neighborhood Electric Vehicles. TMS provided a range of
support including communication with potential customers, advising staff
on strategies for reaching commute management markets, identifying grants,
and conducting transportation planning related studies.
California Pedestrian Safety
Campaign
TMS supported the development and deployment of a statewide campaign to
increase awareness of pedestrian safety. TMS researched marketing activities
used in other communities, helped develop marketing strategies, and provided
research findings used in communications.
